 As people of faith, we are never alone. We are constantly surrounded by the presence of God, of our fellow church members, and of the larger Christian community.
This makes us part of the larger body of Christ. And like the human body, each part of the body of Christ serves its own purpose. As a local congregation our primary purpose is to minister to our local congregants and our local community. However, the work of Christ is still being accomplished by other Christians and Christian organizations throughout this world. We are proud to partner with several of these different organizations. |

Baptist Seminary of Kentucky
The Baptist Seminary of Kentucky is a theological seminary which seeks to provide Christian theological education committed to spiritual depth, intellectual honesty and moral integrity. BSK seeks to train men and women who are interested in theological studies in a variety of areas. We support this Seminary with our prayers, leadership, and financial aid, assuring that such an education is authentically Baptist, thoroughly Christian, and financially affordable. Cooperative Baptist Fellowship
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, or CBF, is a fellowship of Baptist churches who share a passion for the Great Commission of Jesus Christ and a commitment to Baptist principles of faith and practice. Through our prayers, leadership, and giving, we support the CBF as they seek to fulfill their vision of being Christ's presence in the world. Cooperative Baptist Fellowship-Kentucky
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship-Kentucky or CBF KY, is a statewide fellowship of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. The CBF KY serves as a local means of fellowship, resources, and support for moderate Baptist churches across the state. The CBF KY is also a missional fellowship which encourages congregations and individuals to engage the world as representatives of Christ. Our pastor proudly serves as a member of the CBF KY Coordinating Council. |
Nicholas County Ministerial Association
Although many of our partnerships reach far beyond the limits of Nicholas County, Kentucky, our primary ministry remains to the people of this county. As a participant in the Ministerial Association, our church serves our community through ongoing ministries with Community Action, Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home, and various community-wide worship services. Our pastor proudly serves as the treasurer. |
